Great alpine poles

These are great poles. The metal pro locks are super sturdy and the pole construction offers some enhanced durability over their lighter cousins. Great for snow, talus, shale or for anyone who is rough on poles.
Great Tent - Especially for the price.

This is a great car camping tent. One of my favorite things about this Kelty is that it comes with really sturdy, durable tent poles. Many larger 4+ tents on the market, especially the Kingdom series have fragile poles to conserve weight but no one's counting ounces while car camping. I also like that its stuff sack does not require a whole lot of effort to get the thing back in. My primary complaints about this tent are it's lack of a vestibule and that it's height does not allow for standing up fully inside. I still gave 5 stars because its price and durability more than make up for its few shortcomings.
