Easy set up, great square footage and head space. Provided hot, stuffy shade in the day and cozy screen room at night. We ended up setting up a shade tent with reflective material to escape the heat. Held up well in breeze but didn’t get to see much weather besides that. It was sold as new but was a returned item in like-new condition but slightly dirty. Wasn’t a deal breaker but would’ve preferred to know it was going to come with dirt on it.
