Although the material on this tank is more "cottony" than other workout shirts the venting and mesh keep you nice and cool. I have the purple/apple green one and I love the bright summery colors. I ordered an extra small and it is the perfect level of snugness for me (Im 5 feet and 90 lbs). If you like looser shirts order a size up.
