Very lightweight, but it's kept me comfortable during spring Nordic skiing and biking in temps of 30s to 50s. I like the asymmetry of the headband: wider in the front and sides for better forehead and ear coverage and a bit narrower in the back where you don't really need it. Well thought out product as usual from BD. Easily fits under a bike helmet.
