I was looking for a personal item travel pack to meet airline standards. This one fits the bill perfectly. The dimensions work and it will hold 2 large packing cubes (10x14) and a pair of shoes. I like the heavy duty water bottle pockets and the 2 additional pockets for smaller items. The material seems strong but is quite light and the bottom is kind of a faux suede for an old school look. The shoulder straps are comfortable for me. I typically like Sierra Designs products and this one doesn't disappoint.
