this is my 3rd pair of these boots. i wear them every to work outside on rugged, mountain terrain. i replace them annually as i wear down the tread and the waterproof finish by the end of the year. i don't mind because they keep me dry and comfortable every single day - totally worth it. i've tried several other brands and none is as comfortable and rugged as these.
