I have only tested this bag in my house along with a Nemo Cosmo air mattress, and it has been comfortable. There is enough space for me (very out of shape 6' tall man), and it is plenty warm. The ability to open the side for venting using the second zipper is very convenient, and it stuffs down to a good size with the stuff sack (once I found it - stuffed in the footbox of the bag). Therm-a-Rest Compressible Pillow1
I bought this because I want to use it while car camping, and it's great for that. When you first open it, it seems flat, but after a few minutes, it fluffed up nicely. I used it as my nightly pillow for a week, and it worked well. The medium size, unfortunately, is a little too big to fit comfortably into my mummy sleeping bag, but that's not a big issue for me.
