Great pack with one major flaw

Osprey Poco AG 20 L Child Carrier
This is an awesome pack that is very well thought out, but it has one major flaw. The hip belt has a sewn seam with a hard piping or plastic in it. That seam really digs into my wife's hips to the point where it isn't comfortable and she can not wear it. I didn't have the same problem, so maybe this pack will work for you. We loved the redesigned Sun shade and the harness seems a little more secure. Everything else about this pack is really nice and the AG seems to work well. Anyway we returned it since it hurts my wife. We will probably go with the old Poco model which we liked better than the Deuter Kid comfort 2, the Phil and Ted's Escape, and one of the Kelty models.
