I've used these boots for a 3-day trip so far that included blizzard-like conditions and whiteouts. Not once did I feel let down by these boots!
I had the Scarpa Maestrale RS before, but felt uncomfortable in them despite getting 'em punched out & heat-moulded by my bootfitter. In comparison, the Radical Pros have a great fit for wide feet straight out of the box.
The walking strides also feel more efficient than the Maestrales, which are already a highly rated boot in this flex class to begin with.
All this pales in comparison to the main killer feature of this boot: the Hoji Lock System!
Just one lever to put the boot into walk mode while loosening the strap and at the lower buckle is an exemplary feature that prevents faff in the backcountry. You're not fiddling with the buckles to loosen them enough for ski/walk mode and can concentrate on other important steps like properly locking the bindings.
Last but not the least: I had to bootpack 3 kms in these to get to the car. The support and flex were solid.
