Recently purchased 3 Smartwool Hunt Extra Heavy Crew Socks - Men's.
My mistake was checking the medium size box , I need large.
This was over the weekend. Monday , I called the company and to make a long story short , The customer service rep recognized my mistake and without questioning me or hassling me , changed the order!!!
Turns out , only 2 were available. Sent 2 and refunded me the other one , as the back order was not available.
This simple act of customer courtesy will make me a repeat customer for a long time , not to mention great prices !!!!
