Review for Tubbs Wilderness Snowshoes

These are really great all around snowshoes. wether its steep, packed, mountain climbs or flat, powdery meadows, these will snowshoes will handle it effortlessly. The heel lift makes easy work of inclines and the super easy to use binding system makes taking them on and off a breeze. The only reason I give less than 5 stars is because there are similar snowshoes on the market that weigh slightly less, but when you consider all the design perks of these snowshoes, a few extra ounces is worth it. Highly recommend these snowshoes!

Review for Outdoor Research Crocodile Gaiters - Men's

Like others have mentioned, figuring out the right size involves a little guess work. I wear a size 10 Merrell Glacier Shell boot but I have very skinny legs and the circumference of my calf is only ~15 inches. I decided to try my luck and size down to a Medium based on the skinny legs and calf. Happy to say the medium worked out perfect!
Covers all the way around my boots and stays up on my leg but isn't bulky or bunched. I primarily use these for snowshoeing and it does an excellent job at adding a little bit of warmth while keeping the snow and water out of my boots. Highly recommend these gaiters!

As far as free-standing backpacking tents go, you really can't beat this tent. super lightweight and well-made. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to save weight and space in their pack without sacrificing quailty.
