I bought these as a lightweight spring ski touring pant. The fabric is great light and super stretchy. The leg has a built in gaiter but no zip or snaps which was unfortunate. The real problem I had was the inseam for this is 32" which did not work for my height. While I did not keep these pants they are still great for someone shorter. The lack of leg adjustment is definitely a downside but can be tolerated. I settled in the OR Cirque pant as the pair to keep as they are longer and have leg adjustment
