I use these as outer gloves on really cold days to wear over my work gloves when my hands need more heat and a little rest. They were probably made for skiing gloves but as i described they are great for any activity in extreme cold or cold and wet weather.

Marmot Variant Jacket - Men's
I wear this on cold nights around the house. It is so different than any other clothing I have seen. Would be excellent as outer coat on not too cold days to run or exercise in. Or as an under peace for cold days that might warm up and you could pull off the heaver coat. Multi purpose and fits good and snug.
