My daughter uses the pack daily to and from school and her dorm. Great volume without making the pack unwieldy. Easy to access and stroe items. Great fit. Other reviewers were right the black is not black but more of a steel gray. The color is very nice and goes with anything. Would not hesitate ordering another one if it was needed.
