Looked good but felt a bit too snug by my baby toes. I am sometimes a 7.5 and sometimes an 8 so maybe an 8 will work better. Had to return sadly because they are so good looking. Moderate support. I walk my dogs about 4 miles a day and just need comfy sneakers with support
