Felix is the cutest of the 8BPlus chalk bags. He salutes me every time I go climbing :) How cool is that? I like that he has a deep pocket to fit a chalk ball, or loose chalk. There's also a malleable wireframe around the mouth of the chalk bag that helps Felix keep his shape, so you can dip your hands in with ease. The waist strap is very high quality. I certainly appreciate all the nice touches. Has a brush loop too. Now I just need to decide on which bouldering bag to get as well! Well done!

There are a few taller shaped chalk bags for those who like to reach their entire forearm in, but this one isn't so large. It's not on the small side, either mind you. There also isn't a zipper pocket, but that's not really a feature I was looking for anyway.

Love my new Petzl Corax. The two quick adjust buckles really center the loops in front. No more twisting or uncomfortable fit. I got the size 2 even though my last Petzl harness was a "small" because I can quickly open up the harness and step in and out without trying to wriggle myself into it like a pair of skinny jeans. My 32 inch waist is almost at the minimum for this size 2 harness but it's awesome and fits perfect for me. This kit comes with a chalk bag, chalk ball (although not the refillable kind), ATC, and locking carabiner. Definitely a deal to get all of it together. Most people like to get a unique chalk bag (with a secret pocket) so maybe the kit isn't for them. I also like to use a camming belay device like the Mad Rock Lifeguard. But the ATC is needed if you want to do a double line repel. I think you could consider the kit being priced for the harness, ATC, and carabiner. And they through in this chalk bag and ball as a promotion. All in all though, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and with CampSaver's service and price.
