Kuhl Rydr Pants - Mens
What can I say - great fit, look good enough to wear out on the town but use them for the day to day grind as a builder because they let me move better than anything else I've tried.

Arc'teryx Cerium SV Hoody - Men's
Lightweight, great fit... The fabric seems to be plenty tough enough - I would never expect a down puffy to be bulletproof and if it was a heavier fabric it wouldn't be in my pack. I have several different similar jackets from other manufacturers and design and construction of the SV is at the top of the pile.
The only con might be the zipper, as others have mentioned it is a non locking design. I suppose it has a benefit at times to be able to just tug on the jacket to unzip but it's something I'm not used to. If it's zipped up it stays zipped so if it's really cold you don't have to worry about it but if it's partially closed it can open further on its own. I'm not sure it's worth trade off or not yet... Thus the 4 stars.

Sturdy material and construction yet I can move easily on the job. But they also look good enough to wear all the time.

UVEX Swix 6 Way Edge Tuner
This tool is not worth the $. The file is just held in place by jamming into the plastic base and can move around and fall out. You want a razor sharp edge and consistent tune... Also the metal filings get ground into the base. There are jigs that clamp the file or stones in place and use wheels to roll down the ski base (see Toko) that eliminate these issues.
