Hi, I usually am XS or S size. It depends on each brand. In this case, I thought XS could be small for me. It was not small. Well, the get go it was very tight but it become adjusted to my hips and fit great. These are enough warm as underpants and I have just wear it in 45 degrees nd it was OK, not super warmy, just OK, not cold.

My measurements are hip 36, waist 30 and my weight 138 lb and the size 4. the fabric is very light, soft and comfortable, perfect for camping or hiking. initially I thought that the size would be a bit tight for me but it was perfect, however the fabric is not strech, so it is not a pants that I would use to climb.
