After using different stoves including sterno and snowpeak giga power, I prefer Trangia, it's fast, reliable, and uses cheap abundant fuel, I have tried the different fuels; denatured alcohol (smells bad),iso alcohol (black soot), 190 proof Everclear(soot and expensive) and my choice Heet in the yellow bottle, burns clean with no smell. The base of your cook pot will need to be at least 4.5" wide for it to be stable. I use the Evernew titanium .9 Liter
