prAna Stretch Zion Pant - Men's
These are the best hiking pants I have ever owned. They are incredibly comfortable, light and breathable. They are incredibly tough wearing. I am used to zippers on convertible pants giving out quickly. These zippers show no signs of wear. Even after 10 days of continuous wear on the trail they look like they were just washed. Amazing!
Great wool socks, but too thick to be hiker liners

Smartwool Hike Liner Crew Socks - Men's
These are high-quality, comfortable wool socks from which I will get a lot of mileage. However, they are way too thick for me to use as liners. They are about the same thickness as the standard warm weather hikers. In addition, they are "grabby" and don't allow other socks to slide past them, which is a terrible characteristic for a liner sock. I can't recommend these as liners, but I can definitely recommend them as regular socks.

The only thing I could find "irregular" about this pad was the small stamp stating it. It slept perfect!
