You know the adage “you get what you pay for”? In its defense I offer these pants as “exhibit A”. I needed something a little more technical than I had for a weeklong hiking trip to Iceland; something that could handle wind, snow, and rain in a nice lightweight package. Yeah, they’re expensive. But they delivered, too. Well designed, super-comfortable, and with room to layer without looking like a marshmallow. Oh, and in case you wander into town for a shot of Brennivin, they look pretty great too.
