A simple biner, great for outdoors

Written on Oct 05, 2012

I've always found CAMP's biners to be high quality, and this is no exception. The keylock nose makes cleaning draws off routes simple, since there's nothing to snag on the hanger. It's big enough that you can get a good grip on it, yet not so bulky that it weighs you down.

The Only Rope Bag You'll Need

Written on Sep 10, 2011

While most rope bags have a single strap, this one has two, allowing you to carry to backpack style. If you're climbing in a pair, and one person can carry all the gear in a normal backpack, you can carry the rope (I usually roll my draws in too) & not worry about light scrambling on the approach. If you do have to carry a pack of your own, it's still easy to sling both straps over your shoulder.
