Blew my Static V in NM's sandburs, and the punctures were (still are) impossible to locate. Luckily, I had this friend to give my spine some love. The length, for me, reaches from my sacrum to almost to the base of my neck, or, rolling to the side, from a hip to a shoulder. Overall, the Cush is a great inflatable to pack on any journey.
