Upon arrival the product didn’t work. The lifepod wouldn’t reprogram as if the program button didn’t work at all. Working with the manufacturer to get it fixed hasn’t been easy but they are willing to help. They offered to give me a prepaid shipping label to send it back for their review and then they might refund me or send me a new one. Not only did the shipping take long to arrive but now I have to ship it back out and wait an additional week or two to hear more before I either get a new one shipped or have to make an new purchase and try it all again.
