I love these shoes for bouldering, especially for steeper stuff. They are softer than my other shoes (Scarpa Instinct VS, Sportiva Katana Lace). I really liked the predecessor to these too: the Shaman LVs. I got the same exact size as the LVs but I wish I would have sized up half a size from the LVs because these are just a tad bit smaller I think.
This is easily the warmest and lightest jacket I've ever owned. I've used it since last year to commute by bicycle in cold weather and sit on cold trains for 45 minutes at a time. This jacket keeps me so warm, it's almost like it has an internal heater. The quality is excellent and after months of use there are no signs of deterioration. The jacket also keep me perfectly dry when it rains during my 20 minute bike commute, and dries out quickly when I hang it up on the train. It packs down into a small ball that I can shove into my backpack quickly and easily. I also like that it's a synthetic because I like the idea of moving away from animal product use and also not getting feathers everywhere. I honestly can't think of any cons.
Got these for bouldering, and they work great for that, but I also like wearing these around the house and for casual strolls around too because they are really comfy. I'm 150 lbs, about 5'7, and size small fits like a glove.
The jacket is lightweight and so warm. It's water/weather resistant. I've been using it to bicycle commute in the winter wind and rain and it's kept me dry and warm (I just wear a dress shirt underneath). I would use a light shell if I was going to use it in heavy rain for a prolonged period of time though. I haven't tried it in snowy conditions yet, but I can tell it would keep me plenty warm under most circumstances, especially if I wore warm base layers.
I'm 5'7", 145-150 lbs and the small fits excellent. The jacket itself looks great.the pockets are comfy and warm and zip up. The waist can cinch if you need a tight fit.
This jacket looks great. I've been using it when I'm warming up at my very cold local climbing gym, but I also use it around the house and town. The twill seems like it will last a long time. The hand pockets are roomy and have zippers. The chest pocket is big enough for a smartphone or a thin wallet and also has a zipper.
I usually climb in prana pants but saw these on sale for about the same price so I thought to give them a try. These are great. No limitations on my movement. I'm about 150 lbs, 5'7" and the medium fits great (though sometimes I have to wear a belt to keep them on tight for bouldering). The bottom cuffs have draw cords that you can tighten up. The pants are stylish too, so I wear them out and about even when not climbing.
