Really like this jacket and have gotten many compliments on it.
It goes with a lot and is comfortable. Most of my jackets are more hard core backpacking type jackets and this one is great for those occasions and outfits that call for a more urban look.
I was really surprised how comfortable these jeans are. They look like regular jeans but they feel like stretchy comfort pants. I got them for a February trip to Budapest. They were great for traveling and warmer than regular jeans. The lining is warm and soft but bulky and not too hot for a southern CA winter, which isn't much of a winter. These are my new favorite jeans.
I had a great pair of Patagonia Merino 2 long underwear bottoms that my daughter who went off to college in a very cold place "borrowed". I loved them, very soft, lightweight but definitely added warmth. They were all or mostly all wool. These have a different waist and have a higher synthetic content. The new waist is good, the higher synthetic content means that they are not as soft, but they are still very good. Probably less prone to holes developing. My old matching Patagonia Merino 2 long underwear top that is all or mostly all wool did develop little holes that I had to mend....
