Kamik Waterbug 5 Winter Boot
These are great for Minnesota winters. We use Kamik boots for all of our kids and they do a fine job keeping feet warm and dry. The liners in the boots are nice and thick, and can be removed to dry if they happen to get wet from snow coming in through the top.

Crispi Sniper GTX Backpacking Boots - Men's
Bought these for work and so far I've been impressed with the build and fit of these boots, especially given the lighter weight. Build-wise, the leather is excellent quality (triple-stitched seams) and all components are top notch. The pair I received also have a full-surround rubber rand around the bottom of the boots, which is a welcome feature as I've torn up the leather on some other boots scrambling around aircraft skids and such. As for the fit, they were instantly comfortable on my high-arched, slightly narrow feet. Due to the thickness of the leather these take a few days to break in. After that, no problems. I'm expecting a long life out of these boots.
