A fantastic mid layer that I use for touring which holds heat even when wet from snow falling. It packs away into my back pack nice and small and is really light and warm. Feels like a purr rather than a roar of heat. I feel the cold quite easily and this has been a necessary investment to my kit. The material on the outside is a matt finish, so its not shiny, personally i prefer this texture and feel to the more common shiny exteriors puffy's have.
