I was looking for a rain pant that had shape and was lightweight but dependable. These are it. They fit unlike most rain pants - they actually have form and they fit nicely over an under layer. They are so well made and the features like the zippered, adjustable waistband make the fit perfect. Although these were quite expensive for rain pants, I am confident that this will be my last pair. They are a staple that you need to have if you find yourself hiking in inclement weather. You can't beat the quality and design.

Arc'teryx Rho LT Bottom - Women's
I was looking for versatile leggings for hiking that would also serve as an under layer while hiking in cold and windy conditions. These check all the boxes for me. They are lightweight and the fabric is very smooth and comfortable. They are thin enough to wear under rain pants or to stand alone . I am never disappointed with Arc'teryx quality and the fit is always dependable. I am 5'8", 140 pounds, and the medium fits perfectly.
