this little sharpener does the trick. it is light, easy to pack, and has the nice rubber grip for holding safely. gives knives a nice new edge.
is this as great as a expensive kitchen knife sharpener...no.....but at the price and weight, its functionality provides you with a quick way to remove burrs and get your knife to a sharp point while out and about.
