Love this jacket. Easily the most comfortable 2.5L hardshell I've ever worn with its awesome stretch. Only 9oz, so very packable and packs down quite small. No stuff pocket or sack, but I prefer to roll my hardshells into the hood to minimize DWR wear so no worries for me there.
Has definitely passed the waterproof test so far in some serious rain and wind. The only knock here is that the DWR isn't the best I've used - in heavier rain or windy rain the face wets out, and interestingly develops a "pockmarked" look where the droplets hit hard. I was initially worried about this, but I haven't noticed any leaking and the jacket goes back to normal after a few minutes drying, so I haven't fretted much. And the jacket dries very quickly as well.
Breathability so far seems excellent for all activities I've tried - though the ultimate test will be when I take it to Hawaii in a few months! Overall very happy with this piece. It's an excellent rain shell and one of the lightest I've seen with full features. It will work reasonably well as a light winter shell as well, so long as the weather isn't especially harsh. In driving snow and very cold wind, I'll choose my Theta AR for its extra durability, but that jacket also weighs a full 7oz more, so the Ozonic's performance to weight ratio is impressive!
