The boot is well made but is not a good fit for me. I found the toe box a bit narrow. I normally fit a regular medium width but these seemed a bit small. The insulation is good. The traction and grip in snow is average.

Marmot Scree Pants - Men's
These pants are of a heavier material and good quality. They are warm by themselves for fall/winter hiking unless it is very windy and/or below freezing. I am a wide builder at 6'1" and these fit more snug than other marmot pants but still fit well and are true to size. They have performed well on the 2 14ers I have hiked this past fall 2017 in Colorado.

Marmot Arch Rock Pant - Mens
These fit well. I am 6' 1 inch and a wide build. Not a thick material but seem to be a quality product. They are not very fitted but not loose either. These are good for Fall season use by themselves if the temperature is above freezing and not very windy. If windy or colder I would recommend a base layer.
