prAna Continuum Pant - Men's
I love these pants. This is my second pair, I love them so much. They are true to size (36 waist) with an adjustable buckle strap at the waist. They might run a little long (32" inseam) but the drawstring at the bottom hem helps with that (and it's not really noticeable with shoes on). I love the small "hidden" pocket on the leg seam (mid thigh) as well as the one above the right back pocket. The front pockets are roomy and mesh, which I found weird at first but have grown accustomed to. The back pockets are roomy and not in your normal back pocket area (they are offset and sewn into the side seams) which I find nice so you're not sitting on your wallet (if you keep your wallet in your back pocket).
