This is my second pair of these pants. First ones are holding up extremely well, but I like them so much I grabbed a second pair on sale. The fit is great for me, trim, but not tight. Good stretch for tele turns, but still sturdy. Nicely designed suspenders. Big pockets, all with zippers. Internal gaiters with zips at boot. Venting zips on outside of thighs toward the back function well. All in all a very well designed and executed touring pant for the Sierra Nevada.
I have the Ferrosi hoody, windshirt, shorts and now the pants. I live in Sierra Nevada, which is a mild climate. The material in the Ferrosi is very light weight, but very tough. Breathes very well. Hadn't bought the pants because I have many light weight softshells for bc skiing and hiking and the Ferrosi doesn't fit over a ski boot. Wife and I are traveling a lot these days and the pants are perfect for travel. Look good for days at a time and wash and dry quickly. Just ordered a second pair.
