It's the perfect size for rain gear, lunch, wind shirt, first aid kit, & a few extras. Once you get over the fact that there's no outside pockets you'll enjoy the sleek, no frills design. Very comfortable-just light breathable padding on back & shoulder straps, uber light. I did put a stiff back panel (from another pack) into the inner sleeve along with water bladder to stiffen it up. Typical top quality from Black Diamond! Would highly recommend.

Mad Rock Onsight Climbing Shoe - Women's
Bought these for my daughter. She has never climbed before. Based on reviews I purchased her shoe size and needed to return for 1/2 size up. She said they are a bit snug and uncomfortable - so just right. She climbed with experienced friends for half day (first time ever) and said the shoes were great, but has nothing else to compare to.
