Lightweight hard-face fleece. Large fits well over a base. I'm 6' 170 if you are between sizes; size up, typical for UK brands. The arms with the cuffs are super long which works well in winter maybe not in warmer weather.

Great jacket for activewear if you are expecting wind and light rain or snow, substitution for a light fleece. Fits close, I'm 6' 177-188, bought a Medium, and it fits like a glove, can wear a light baselayer under it and that's it. Easy to layer over it with a vest etc.

Arc'teryx Atom LT Jacket - Men's
I've had this particular jacket about a year now and the more I use it the more impressed by it I am. There is a reason why it's the most popular piece of kit the actual staff at Arcteryx use. I got an Atom LT vest first, then a hoody and then the jacket. They are all great for keeping you just warm and cool enough. When you pick one up you can't imagine how it would keep you warm but they down to the teens and also keep you from overheating. Super quality construction that has held up well. Looks good too. The fit is spot on for me in a large and I'm 6' 177-180
