Voile Split Kit
End result was a sweat clean functional split board to take me into the back country. So that is awesome. That being said you need some specific tools and either some skills or willingness to learn some skills, regarding the work involved. I ended up buying some tools and learned some skills as I went. Review for
Voile Splitboard Climbing Skins
My complaint with these is that they don't have a tail clip to secure the skins at the back tips. Snow has been getting between the board and skins at the tail when I'm touring causing a lack of adhesion. All my skier friends have a clip at the back of their skins, securing it to the back of their ski. This product doesn't have a tail clip. G3 skins (the other split skin option) have a tail clip.
