I am not a runner but I walk 3-4 miles every day through wooded areas and/or along the beach. The generous toe box and the lightweight materials make these shoes incredibly comfortable! Also, if I time the tides wrong, or the depth of that puddle and my feet get wet, the good news is that they clean up nicely and dry fast. This is my second pair of Topos and I love them! I highly recommend!
