Size M fits me well for a 5"8; 165lbs guy. This is a good quality, warm down vest with balance weight that keeps your core warm. It's more than enough just to wear it during fall. Casual design that matches all kind of winter outfit.

Like the backpack so far,I am about 5"8'. It's good size and comfortable for me especially I walk to office, and place to place average two hours every day. Easy to reach in when the cover is close.Nice design.
