Impressive Shoes

These approach shoes exceeded my expectations. I usually wear a size 11 in street shoes, and I have a pair of these in 11 and 10.5 men's. I'll wear the 11's for longer approaches...the 10.5's for scrambling. I have a normal shaped D foot. I read the reviews that suggested upsizing...and that's fine if you plan to wear these around town or for extended hikes...but for scrambling and footholds on rocks, don't hesitate to order your normal shoe size or maybe even downsize a 1/2 size...they won't be uncomfortable. I had originally ordered a 1/2 size up (11.5) but I had to put some big insoles in them which defeats the purpose.

Gets the job done for a quad anchor. High quality. Note: The color you get might not match the color you ordered. I ordered blue/lime and got grey. I used the sling for a quad anchor for top rope and everything worked as expected.
