I have about 7 items from Kuhl, 2 of which were purchased from Campsaver.com. It's getting harder to find the 30x30 size anymore. Since I already owned a pair of Revolvr pants in Raven color, I figured I was good on the Brown offered here.
I got them and they darker than the photos posted but this fabric is designed to change over time and with washings and usage.
What bothers me a bit is that the seam edges and where there are raw fabric ends have frayed and there are more loose threads than I would expect from Kuhl's construction. This may be a matter of getting them from campsaver.com which has some unmatched prices for the gear making me think that some are manufacturer seconds perhaps?
The other thing about the Revolvr pant fabric for those that don't know, is that the fabric is a bit 'loud'. Kind of like the old school corduroys - they make a bit of noise as you walk. Great for hiking but not for hunting.
I bought a pair locally for $80 - a lot of money for pants really and fell in love with the fit an feel of them. I then found the same pant in another color here at Campsaver for $65 on sale - SCORE!
I would like to find the standard Kontra without the Air mesh and vents but no one has them in stock. Now I'd like to try some other items in the Kuhl line, but the question is, Where to start?!? :)
