Snow Peak Sierra Cup
We have used a variety of similar cups over the years and the snow peak brand have been the best that we have had. They may cost a little more but are durable and light enough to use on a multi day hike or in the boundary waters.

Osprey Daylite Plus 20L Daypack
Bought two of these during a recent sale and have not been disappointed. The pack is a perfect size and capacity for a day hike or overnighter on a trip. Easy access to all parts and harness is typical of Osprey and fits well. My daughter packed this for a 3 night Boundary waters trip and did well.
