This is a great synthetic jacket to use as an alternative to down. It's really light and will be coming with me on my upcoming thru hike of the Appalachian Trail. Can easily fit a couple layers underneath (base and fleece) and slide a hard shell or rain jacket over. Medium fit me perfectly (6'1" 135 lbs 36A).
