Great lightweight, very breathable and packable insulated jacket. I wanted a synth-fill extra layer for cool/cold weather hiking, and wanted a hood, this does it. It's a pretty mild December in CT, so far, but I think this has a pretty wide functional range. I'm 5'5", about 150lbs, 39" chest, somewhat long reach, usually take a medium with most things, and I find this true to size. I climb CT's Bear Mtn. about 2x/wk, 108 climbs over the last 90 weeks, looking forward to testing this out some more over the winter. Seems to work well.
