Rab Microlight Alpine Jacket - Men's
Loved the design, construction and finish, all top notch. The XL was too large and the L too small for my use. Also dissappointed in the amount of loft for a parka with 5 oz of down. Went with the Montbell Alpine Light and am very happy.

Montane Featherlite Down Jackets - Men's
Compared this with the Montbell Apline Light and Rab Microlite (kept the Montbell).
Quality of construction was impeccable and has many nice features, but the boxy fit didn't work for me, I found the fabric quite stiff and was not impressed with the loft for a parka that is supposed to have 5 oz of down. I returned this parka.

Mont Bell Alpine Light Down Parka - Men's
Compared this to the Rab Microlite and Montane Featherlight. The Alpine light was lighter, warmer, fit better and cheaper...the clear winner.
