I shop a ton online with REI and Amazon and one thing that makes my experience a good one are the FedEx Return labels I can print off. Sometimes I have to pay 2-3 dollars in restocking fees (probably the returns cost) but in the end I don't have to go out of my way to ship the product back if u need to. In my mind FedEx makes returns easy. I look forward to buying a tent from you next month and to take my son on his first night hike this spring. Happy holidays. Keep up the awesome site. Look forward to shopping with you for years to come.
