Katadyn Hiker Pro Transparent Filter
Went on my first 3-day back packing trip. Did a lot of research and found Katadyn Hiker Pro was the best bang for the buck. It worked well without any issues. Make sure to follow the instruction and clean it after every use. I was porting about 2 liter per stop and it worked like a charm. The water tasted clean and I did not get sick! I highly recommend this product for it's value and ease of use.

Looks like it is well made and it doesn't leak. Took it on a day hike and it held up pretty well. Note do not drop, it will dent and powder coated paint will come off. Other than that, I like the product

Tried many different types. Hands down this one is the best. Doesn't leak, durable and you can fill it enough for a week long camping trip. I also have the single salt and pepper shaker that I take to work!
