I ordered this awning during the Black Friday sale and it was back ordered from the outset, and I knew that. It took about 6 weeks to arrive. The construction and materials used on the awning are spectacular. Every single component is well designed and fabricated from the stakes to the awning itself. The fit, finish and install were great on my 2011 F150 and it took only an hour. The brackets are very, very sturdy.
It sets up in minutes and tears down similarly.
I was happy with customer service answering my questions during the wait period (Thanks, Veronica V).
