Stretchy. I have big quads, and these are a little snug in the legs. They seem heavier and a hotter than my Marmot pants made of similar materials, but these may just be new. They seem durable, and I dig em.

Mammut Runje Pants - Womens
These pants are a huge improvement over my last hand-me-down pair, but they are a little baggy in the legs. My boyfriend bought a pair of Pranas, and his fit tighter in the legs than these. Still, they aren't parachute pants, and if you like a little room in the legs, these are great. I also like that all the pockets have zippers.
