I bought these for traveling in areas with pretty frequent rain (namely Asia, Hawaii, Washington, and Oregon). They live up to being waterproof and sporty enough for light hiking and walking. My only complaints come in terms of comfort. For me, the toe box ended up being a bit tight vertically (so the shoe rubbed up against my toe in a slightly painful way), and the sound the shoe makes as you're walking. Whatever material is used in the waterproofing makes a crinkly noise that's noticeable if you're somewhere quiet. All in all, it's not bad, but could be improved.
Super soft, comfortable, and warm

These wool pants are incredibly soft and don't feel itchy at all against my skin. They are add quite a bit of warmth under any pair of pants, and I'm excited to try them out as a base layer in some real cold. (Also, I'm tempted to start wearing them as pajama pants just because they're so comfy).
